Originally from Dallas, Brandon Duquette has lived in the United States, England, and Spain, and today calls Los Cabos home. With more than a decade in hospitality and real estate investment — working alongside global leaders such as Blackstone and Starwood Hotels & Resorts — Brandon brings unmatched expertise to Los Cabos luxury real estate.

Holding an MSc in Real Estate Development from NYU, plus dual degrees in Finance and Spanish, Brandon blends financial acumen with cultural fluency. Licensed in Texas since 2008 and fluent in English and Spanish, he offers clients seamless, cross-border guidance whether buying, selling, or investing.

Having relocated internationally himself, Brandon understands the challenges of moving abroad and provides tailored advice to make every transaction smooth and stress-free. His passion for travel (over 50 countries visited), open water swimming, fishing, and Baja’s beaches enriches the global perspective he brings to every client relationship.
